Thanks for letting me on the forum
I am completing the HMRC NRL1 form and wondered if someone could help
Question 20 asks for rental income before deductions and then after deductions.
The 'after' figure - would that be rent less mortgage, less agency fees and VAT?

When we were registered for British tax, we filled it in net of costs. But we did not have a mortgage so do not know if that is included there or somewhere else.
Why not ring HMRC and ask? They are very helpful.
