There is plenty of corruption at all levels in Bulgaria from the highest to the lowest! I would have thought there was IT work that can be carried on anywhere in the world. I know a chap who writes aps for ipads then gets paid by Apple for each sale. He works from home, wherever home happens to be.

Hi all, would love to help anyone who prefers to reside in the region of Veliko Tarnovo. In this area there are many pretty villages where more Britons find their peace.
