Apartment in Moscow (Russia)!
Hi! My name is Rita, I live in Moscow (Russia). I know that many European and American companies have business with Russian partners and they often go to Moscow on meetings.
Sometimes it's cheaper to buy an apartment then to pay hotel room for every business trip. I am not an agent, just the owner of an apartment that I want to sell.
So, I am trying to find a buyer of my apartment in the Center of Moscow. I'm looking for:
- some foreign company to buy it for its employees who have business in Moscow or
- may be some good advice on how to find such a buyer.
The apartment (3 rooms, total - 68 m) needs some work but it is situated right in the Center of Moscow and gives perfect access to drive in the city.
