Aipp are sure to charge a membership fee but i feel because the overseas property market is largley unregulated always look for a agent that will work FOR YOU
You will find you do get negative replies strangely enough as well as positive.

Chill out, I am sure the OP wants other opinions apart from possible employees. ;-)

I was in business for a long time and I used to get similar requests to join things like AIPP at least once a month, your second sentence seems to uphold the power these companies have in the legal field. ;-))

My advice if any one is buying is to go and see the area yourself at different times of the year and day, never ever buy on an artists impression as you have absolutely no guarentee it will be the same.

Default work with construction companies who can provide due diligence reports...

I am the sales director of a construction company in Antalya..and I have been contacting with Crown Overseas..They seem like a professional company.

And also for the ones who are searching for second homes in Turkey, I would suggest the construction companies who have due diligence reports that are taken from independent UK lawyers.

For example my company(SNIP) applied for a due diligence report on an off plan project which has been finished %80 so far.We have received the report and we will propose it to our customers..

I do care about the trust and professionalizm.I also applied for a maintenance contract to be prepared by UK lawyers for us so that everything will be according to UK standards...

(SNIP)

Take care!
