About EEA family permit
 

hello there,
Im from India married to Polish citizen for a year now and right now we are living in Poland and I am planning to apply for EEA family permit so both of us can work and live in UK.The problem is do i need a visa to get to UK.Right now i have schengen visa but UK doesnt come under schengen area.Getting EEA family permit will not let me travel from Poland to England? or I will have to apply for a visa to get there?
and how much time it takes to get the permit?
