work in and around cairns??
i have just arrived in cairns on a 1 year WHV. i am an english electrician looking for work around the cairns area. even as a sparkies mate/ electrical labourer would do to get some more money in the bank. does anybody know of jobs going? the agencies have said that i would need a QLD licence to work for them, does anybody know if these are available temporarily?
i would like to apply for a permanent visa after a year and hopefully find somewhere to work for good?
