Where do I start
 

I am an Electrician and have been for 10+ years. Wanting to move permanently to Canada with my wife but no idea where to start the process. I am going to visit Vancouver, Calgary and Toronto in 2 months time to see what area I like and maybe speak to a few companies to see about work. I have read about the exam to get red seal approval, didnt know about that!!! Any suggestions what I should be doing while I am visiting canada. Going to suss it out first and if we like it we will put in our permanent visa application. Anything we should be doing in the meantime?? Should I arrange to do the exam while I am visiting, just to be organised.
