Waiting to know the correct address for sending papers for skills assessment

I am from Bangladesh I want to assess myself as a general electrician ASCO code 4311-11. Yesterday Mr. Wendy informed me vetassess will assess my skills . But today I have visited both TRA & VETASSESS website. And I have known that VETASSESS assess only for 5 coutries. I am not resident of anyone of these countries . So TRA is the assessment body for me. Am I right ?:confused:
