WA Licence through ELC -Qld Licence

If you do the energy safety course in Perth and want to change the licence for a QLD licence you have problems.
The course issues you with an ELC certificate which is fine if you want a WA licence. But it does not issue you with a certificate in electrotechnology 3 electrician.Without this you will not get your QLD electrical mechanics licence as i am just finding out.Been in Brisbane 10 months without work and now this hope i can find some work using my WA licence.
