Visa before applying for ARTC
Hi,Can anyone please confirm do you need to have your visa before you can apply for the artc as you need to have a copy for evidence.thanks

I found out today you can apply for ARTC on a working holiday visa. Got it from the horses mouth, well the guy on the phone a TRA HQ! Maybe of some help if you want to use that as a vehicle to apply.
