Is anyone having trouble logging into the online portal?
I've tried for the last week and it's saying server not found.

Cheers
Steve

Hi Steve,
Yeah, this problem has arisen in the past. It can be a bit hit and miss sometimes. Could be that their server is down or can't cope with a high volume of traffic.

I have been unable to log inn to the online portal since last September, I am in Oz now and have dealt with TRA many times over the phone.. They are aware that the portal is not working but don't give a shite to be honest !!!!

Hi Chris,
Yeah, I'm in Kenmore, Brisbane as of early January. Been hectic, hectic, hectic since we've arrived, so much so that I've only just recently started applying for jobs, firing my CV nee resume everywhere. Did apply for work as soon as I arrived but got offered work straight away but had to turn it down as I had no permit and anyway the missus was in work and I had no kiddie cover and plus the million other things I had to sort out while she was working.
Didn't want to do that too often as it's probably not a good idea to turn down work so I've held back a bit until everything was sorted. Subsequently, the firm that offered me the job advertised for other positions which I applied for again and they basically said thanks but no thanks. Ho hum.
Anyway how you doing, still working and how's the training going? You're based in the Gold Coast aren't you if my memory's correct.
Regards Derren

Mate this can be quite confusing to login. I have found if you type in the search bar say google art artc online portal this tends to bring you to this page

http://www.deewr.gov.au/Skills/Progr...ingPortal.aspx

On this page there is about three differenet links to online portal sign in well WRONG YOU CANT GET IN PROPER OFF THESE LINKS. Why beats me but I nearly beat my bloody computer many times.

The only way to access the online portal which I have never had a problem is only with this page and link, see were it says

I need to check on the progress of my assessment with the four colours, click on THAT online portal link, I have never had any problems. But the other way yes.

Heres the link

http://www.deewr.gov.au/Skills/Progr...s/default.aspx

Hope this helps mate.
