Default TRA - employment currency

From glossary of terms:

Employment currency

Applicants must have worked at least 12 months full-time paid employment in their nominated trade in the last 24 months before the date of lodging their application to TRA.

Just wondering does this apply to all Assesment Programs?
Im on WHV and its been 11 months since last worked as electrician. Im getting stuff together for ARTC and hope to have it lodged in time.

after what I went through with them I would recommend an agent to launch the application. Its to important, to expensive and nerve wrecking to mess up with them
