Rejected After Vetassess !!!!
Hi All, new here but after 7 months of waiting with a VETASSESS pass, Temporary License for NSW and a employer nomination/ job in Sydney. I have been rejected as I am not qualified to "work un-supervised". Anyone else having this problem? Angus

By Perth "permanent business entry branch", the assistant director has backed the decision, but said my agent "raised valid points". So its 1400 A$ for the appeal! Angus

We were given the chance to respond but the outcome was still a rejection as "I could not work unsupervised" Even though I have a temporary license a bonefide sponsor/job and went through the Vetassess process.

As Sydney has been very busy applications Have been processed in Perth to clear the back log, The immigration agent saw the Vetassess Paperwork, which explains I would have to do further training (as does any electrician NOT trained in Australia) and rejected my application.

So, just to be clear, you have been rejected a visa grant because of this scenario? If this is so then you have a numpty dealing with your application and your appeal should be successful. Also, your migration agent needs to start earning his dough.
