Looking for Sponsorship as an Electrician

Hi everyone

Just recently got my OTSR through vetassess and am looking for sponsorship as an electrician. I am constantly searching all the job websites and while there are heaps of jobs advertised, barely any are offering sponsorship. Just wondering if anyone knew of any companies who offer sponsorship or if anyone had any advice as to the best way to get it. It looks to me like getting sponsorship is nearly impossible. Hope im wrong. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

No, was advised 457 was the best route for me. Looks like this could have been bad advice. I never even looked into state sponsorship. You here so much about there being loads of work for trades people in Australia I thought it would be no problem to get sponsorship. Thanks for the help.
