Hi,
I'm planning on moving to Norway (as I'm marrying a Norwegian) and I wasn't sure on how my qualifications will hold up? I've got my 17th edition and city and guilds certificates. I don't have my 2391 yet but I do certify all my work though NAPIT. Will my certificate 'transfer' over? Any help would be most good.
