Enough Experience as a sparky??please help

Hello

Me and my husband (age 23 and 27) are wanting to apply for a VISA to live in WA, but do not know what out best visa options are??

He is passed 1 year ago as a part P electrician and is now working self employed so we only have books for that time. Any ideas which Visa route is for us?

Is the 457 sponsership a good route to take? where do you find the jobs? what tests are required? do you still need a ARTC cert? has anyone gone down this route all advise would be appreciated?

Look Forward to hearing from you, desperatly needing advise
Kind Regards

There's a self assessment tool for Electricians on the assessing bodies website: www.vetassess.com.au
