Electrician wage
G'day...
Was wondering roughly how much an electrician makes a year in Australia. Me and the wife planning to come over to live. I am Australian she's not. She does'nt have training or formal qualifications in anything. Was'nt sure if it was possible to survive on just my wage alone for a while. Especially if she wants to have a child one day.
Perth has been the planned destination but it appears to be so expensive there now I am starting to think of other Oz cities instead. Not sure where tho.
Don't know how much I could expect to earn so hard to make a decision. Commercial/indust work not keen on mine work really.

I think it depends on who you work for. I know that the lower end sparks are on about $26 but the higher end around the mid 30's.
