Default Beware if you come to Texas

Hello everyone! I'm a 'leccy from UK. Worked for Home Depot for 2 years....OMG.

Typical questions.......Why can't I join 30A to 50A wire????

If I take a 15A breaker out, can't I put a 50A breaker in, because it keeps tripping

Its ok, I'm only running 1000 ft of wire (Voltage Drop)

Have fun you Eleccys

if you change the C/B & increase the current rating then you must ensure the actual cable is capable of taking the 50A current.
also check the current rating of the appliance or the load its drawing.
