Cheers

Re: Aussie wiring rules
I got Electrical Fitter recognition and already registered with PEER for wiring rules course. Can you please tell what's the difficulty that I have to face in this path of getting 'A Grade Electrician License'?

After having my house for sale for 2 years it has sold. So after years of life on hold we can now move forward.
I have a spouse visa and ARTC class me as a electrical mechanic so now i need to learn toward getting my class A.
Our flights are booked so we turn up in Brisbane mid November. If anyone can help with pdf versions of the regs etc i would be most greatful.

Re: Aussie wiring rules
Hello guys
I have been after some of the Aussie regulations for a while now but I didn’t want to have to pay the full price. I have found a shop in Brisbane (Annerley) call costless copies and I bought some copies of the regulations as follows:
AS/NZ 3000:2007 - Australian wiring rules - $43
AS/NZ 3008.1.1 - 2009 Electrical installations part 1 etc - $16
AS/NZ HB-13 2007 - Electrical equipment for hazardous areas - $23
Hope this helps
If you don't live in this area then I can guarantee they will sell them in many different copy shops, you just have to go in and ask them because they won't advertise it on their website.
