I just wanted to know why everybody say the process seems being quicker in South Australia?

Many posts/threads on it. But basically the PEER route in SA allows for distance learning and then fly down for the test. You should not fail it. However a few states are not accepting the SA licence. Even although under the mutual recognition they are supposed to.
