I am waiting for a ARTC outcome and have heard nothing, phoned TRA and was told a decision was going to be made by the 18th April, I have had no letter saying pass or fail.

If successful I chose the ARTC to be delivered by registered mail. I have not been in to collect any registered mail for a week, will they leave a card to say they have called.

Does ARTC delivery normally take a week after the decision?

Don't know if this helps, i got my ARTC delivered today which i sent off for 5 weeks ago. The letter attached said that the decision was made on 16th April.
I did have to sign for the certificate, so if the postie tried to deliver while you were out he should have left a card telling you to pick up from your local post office.
