Anyone selling 3012:2003, 3008.1.1 in perth

I am going to do the peers wiring rules course and need some books, I have the AS-NZS 3000:2007, But I also need the
AS/NZS 3012:2003
AS-NZS 3008.1.1
ETSA Utilities - Service & Installation rules
I live in perth and would come and collect the above books, Also does anyone know what CITB stands for ? , Can anyone join does it make the course cheaper?
