Any work around gold coast
 

Does anyone know of any electrical TA work\Labouring work in or around the gold coast? Been working here for the past 17 month but got laid off 3 weeks ago. Fully qualified spark back home with 10 years of experience but I'm at the stage where Ill labour for any trade.Im on cusp of getting my pr visa and I've had my skills assessment, I just need a bit more cash to pay the fee, its seriously getting me down that Im this close but out of work.
Do any of you fellow pommys know of any firms looking for lads? Ideally electrical but as I said before any trade will do, have my own transport, white card and tools and I'll happily travel to Brisbane and potentially move there if theres a prelonged amount of work.
