Default Any sparkies on a 457 sponsored visa?

Just hit a bit of a hitch with my 457 application, they have asked for me to get a letter from the WA licencing authority saying I am eligible to apply for an electricians licence. I find this a bit strange as I have sent evidence of TRA and ARTC which obviously makes me eligible. It seems to me these immigration workers don't even know their own system.

Anyone else have a similar problem?

I know what your saying but most firms will use the fact you have no licence to pay you shite money, even tho you are doing the same work as the guy with the licence ( and probably better)
