visa for cyprus

I want to travel too Cyprus with my new wife, she is neither a British citzn or a citzn of a EU country, can she get a visa on arrival or do I have to go through the Cypriot consulate?

Have you looked at this site yet:

Looks like you need to get a visa through the consulate or diplomatic missions - of which there are several offices in London.
