Hi everyone. I wonder if you may be able to help. Can anyone tell me what utilities there are to pay when you are living in southern Cyprus? I know there is electric, gas, water but are there any other community fees like rubbish collection etc?

Flat Management Company pays water, electricity, sewage, refuse collection, insurance, immovable property tax. The first 3 are quarterly, the last 3 are annually.
