Living in Cyprus and not being a driver....
hello people, I was wondering how easy it is to get around Cyprus if you are not a driver? is there a good bus service? I am thinking of Paphos or Limassol to live. Thanks guys (in advance ) for your help

Public transport..ie buses exist...after a fashion! I would not put much faith in it. The best service is to and fro the airports from the main cities which is becoming popular.

We are based in Paphos
Bus service is fairly frequent in and around where we are.
cost is €1 wherever you wish to go

Bus companies run services to the other major cities of Cyprus and to some villages roundabout. Shared taxis also operate as bus services.
Limassol town is small enough to get around by foot.

Bus services have improved markedly in the past year so it is now fairly easy to get around without having a car.

There are also bicycle paths if you are a keen cyclist. The buses are improving, and shared taxis are very popular and cheap for inter city travel.

Yes, but at least they are slowly getting educated about bikes. You can also legally cycle on certain footpaths, the ones with red on them too.
