Expats in Larnaca
 

Hi, i am new to this, and am just looking for some general advice on moving to Larnaca. Is anyone on here stay in Larnaca? Whats it like? I have two teenagers and we are coming out in Oct to visit schools. Is there different areas that expats live in more than others? Sorry lots of questions... But if you can answer any of them i would be grateful, thanks in advance.

Hi Mo44...im also moving to larnaca second week in october...ive never been either so cant advise..hoping to make new friends and make a go of it there..maybe we could meet up for a coffee and a chat when we get there !

Hi, the best thing to do is plenty of research. What may be heaven for one person in a certain area of Larnaca province, may not be suitable for somebody else. may i ask why you have chosen Larnaca, as you have not visited yet?

Hi, thanks for your reply, we chose Larnaca as it is where my husbands work will be situated.have been looking at houses today in the Pyla area... Not sure if it is too far out of town for my teenagers tho.

Anyone stay in the Pyla area? What do you like/dislike about it? We have seen a few houses we like there.how frequent is the bus service? Any info would be good.
