Default Electrician looking to work in paphos

I was wounding if anyone could point me in the right direction or at least give me some information. I'm looking into the possibility of moving to Cyprus and working out there, just wanted to see if anyone has had any experience of this and what it was like? Also wages, recommend any companies, and any other advice.

I have mainly worked on industrial and commercial site but have done domestic too. I have been qualified for around 6 years worked in the trade 10 ( including apprenticeship)

On the continent in general, the norms are different from the UK and you'd probably have to retrain in order to be qualified to sign off your work, that's very important, otherwise your work will not be legally compliant. Also in Cyprus you'd still be at the mercy of fierce competition from the local trained workforce, most of whom would speak Greek and have more than a good knowledge of English.
Have you given any serious thoughts to the ramifications of Brexit?
