Youth visa and BN(O) LOTR Leave Outside the Rules

Two route : Youth visa and BN(O) LOTR Leave Outside the Rules

The following from UK government :
"Entering the UK before the Hong Kong BN(O) Visa is available

If you’re not eligible to enter the UK under an existing immigration route, Border Force Officers may be able to consider granting ‘Leave Outside the Rules’ at the UK border for a period of 6 months to you and your accompanying dependants."

If a lady under 31 with BN(O) nationality, which route is more suitable to her to enter the UK for citizenship ?

Thanks !

A Youth Mobility Scheme visa won't lead to citizenship; BN(O) is the way to go. Applications are now open so if you did enter the UK on a YMS visa then I would switch as soon as possible.
