what IELT test score for UK spouse entry/
what IELT score required for spouse visa to enter for residency ?

Assuming the individual concerned does not meet the other options for the English language requirement and they are not exempt then as a minimum they'll need to pass an approved CEFR level A1 test in speaking and listening for the initial spouse visa, A2 at the FLR stage and B1 for ILR/citizenship.
