Waiting for passport ready sms

Hi guys, just wondering how long it takes from a decision being made to getting the sms to pick it up? On Friday I received an email response from the payment service saying they just made a decision, I’m in Melbourne so does anyone have and knowledge who is in Australia?
Was hoping to pick it up bu Thursday because after Monday flight costs go right up and I want to leave ASAP

Not sure, sorry, but shouldn't be long. All I know is that they're taking their sweet time at the moment. Seems to be a slow patch for sure. Only working day 27 of 30 for our priority application from Brazil. Latest was an email, "application being looked at" on day 18. Absolute joke.
