"Waiting for Decision" Process
Does anyone know what is exactly meant by this status ? e.g :
- the case is assigned to a worker and several checks are being run
- the case is assigned to a worker but this doesn't mean he/she started working on it yet and it's waiting in case worker's queue
if the first one ; i'm really wondering what kind of checks could be run that will take weeks/months to complete - am i being too naive ?
any comments/experiences will be appreciated
