Visa for Unmarried Same Sex Couple
Hello everyone. I know my case is a bit unusual but I'm a filipino and currently engaged ro my british fiancé for almost two years now. Our 2nd year in our relationship will be on march 2018. We just want to ask some question, same sex marriage is not yet legal here in the Philippines but I've read a post here a long time ago saying we can do our marriage in the British Embassy here in Manila. Is it possible? And anyone who can help us personally who can answer my several questions? Thank you so much for any help and acceptance. :))

It's entirely up to you however getting married in the Philippines first and then applying for a spouse visa for the UK would be both cheaper and involve less paperwork.

While your marriage at the Embassy will be recognised by UK law, it will not be recognised in the Philippines.
