Default Visa Type / sub type

Hi everyone - I have a quick question to make sure I am correctly filling in the visa application form. The form is for my (Australian) husband as we plan to move from Australia to the UK (I am a British citizen). I know we need a spouse visa, but want to check:
"Reason for visit" - should I select "Settlement"?
"Visa Type" - is this "settlement" again?
"Visa sub-type" - should I select "Husband"?

Thank you so much!

In addition to the brilliant advice I've found on this forum, I found this website to be really useful as well (https://migrate.org.uk/spouse-visa-uk-2018/)
