VFS Global UPS package….. too soon?
 

So my wife had her appointment on the 6th in Ottawa and did the usual stuff needed. Yesterday the 10th there was a text saying everything been forwarded to the UK visa and imigration. Today the 11th she has an email from VFS global saying you have a parcel for delivery…… surely it can’t be the spouse visa done already can it??? She thought the passport would be kept throughout the process….. what else can it be?? No other emails have been received from VFS concerning decisions etc . She is pulling her hair out so just trying to find out if this is normal or what it might be
