Default Using B1 English certificate from 2020 for ILR

Can use the same B1 certificate from spouse extension for ILR? We did our B1 in 2020 but I understand it can be used for ILR (SET M) still?

the certificate was previously used for spouse visa extension

If it was used for the last application and the test taken still appears on the approved list then you can reuse it.

If you pass level B1 or higher, you can use your test result again when you apply for settlement after 5 years. Your test still needs to be on the approved list of qualifications and your test certificate must not have been withdrawn by the test provider.
