My fiance in the USA is soon to submit their visa application, and we require a prepaid return courier label to accompany the documents, so that they can be returned.
Currently the VFS website is not working correctly, and keeps saying "please select at least one service" instead of allowing me to complete my transaction to purchase the label, even though I have already selected the return courier service (and if I try to select it again, it provides the error box "you have already selected this service" and wipes the address details I had entered, very annoying).

Is it mandatory to go through VFS to get a shipping label for these documents, or can I just buy one from UPS directly?
