us husband coming to uk
 
my daughter is married to an american has two children and has lived there 15 years. she wants to come home to uk with her family does anyone know what visa or papers she will need to fill in. thankyou

Read this long thread. It covers the new UK immigration rules for non EEA spouses.

Your daughter will have to have a certain level of income and/or savings for her to be able to successfully apply for a visa for her US husband. If her children are UK citizens by descent they don't need a visa.
