URGENT HELP PLEASE(ILR SPOUSE VISA)
OK guys. i'm going to submit a set(m) form with a whole lot of supporting evidence. The issue is that my late wife's death certificate was left in my home country and i could not get it in time because i need to submit the form today or else my visa will expire. Since i do not have that but have all the other required documents, what is the chance that i'll be rejected for ilr?

If you are applying for ILR as a bereaved spouse, I suspect the death certificate is definitely required.

The issue is that I was married in 1990 then my wife died in 2002 and then i got married to my wife now who is a British citizen. So I'm applying as a spiuse but they said they want documents to back up that i was free to marry

If your previous wife died in the UK then you can order a copy from the GRO.

Did you not need to supply this information when you applied for a spousal visa? Both DH and I had been married before, and we had to provide divorce papers as well as our marriage certificate.

I was married while i was still in Africa the my wife died. That's why i left the certificate. And i had submitted it before i came here yet on the set(m) for they still require it. That's why i wrote in a cover letter that i had submitted it to their offices in Africa
