Does the adopted child of a British citizen need the biological fathers consent for settlement?

If you have adopted the child then you have full parental rights over the child. Producing the court papers for the adoption or an adoption decree will be all the consent you need.

Thanks, that what I thought, just wanted to make sure before we send application.
