UKBA: Pause in spouse visa decisions if only problem is minimum income requirement
UKBA is putting some spouse visa applications on "pause" if the ONLY problem (which might result in a denial) is the minimum income requirement. UKBA wants to ponder the recent High Court Judgement finding the income requirement to be possibly unfair.
How long will this "pause" last? "We will provide further information in due course."
