Hi everyone
Pls help me .my partner is self employed and his net income after expenses may come to around £16000. I have heard that £16000 is allowable if you have cash of say £2600 to make up to £18600. Is this true and allowable if you are self employed? Thx Raya

You cannot use cash savings and self employment as per page 18 of the following document.
