Default UK Visa

Hi,
I have been reading the posts on here and peoples comments to it, everyone
has been real helpful.

I have a situation where I am a British Citizen, my fiancé is from
Philippines and she has been living in the UK for approx 10 yrs now, we have
now been together 5yrs and have taken to bold step to get married.

She has applied for a British citizenship and has now been 2yrs but nothing
has come back as yet. Her Pilipino Passport had to be submitted with this
application so this is also with the home office and is restricting her from
travelling.

We have decided to have a wedding ceremony back at her home land and also
get it registered here in the UK.

Here is where my question comes in, To register a wedding we need to show a
form of ID to the registrar.
Acceptable forms of ID are:
a.. Full Valid Current Passport - Not possible as it has been submitted

b.. UK Birth Certificate - She is born in Philippines

c.. Certificate of Registry of Birth (Provided your name is present on the
certificate) - Not sure about how to get this as yet?

d.. Adoption certificate - Not an Option

e.. ID Card issued by a member state of the EC/EEA - Philippines is not
part of it

f.. Travel Documents issued by the Home Office - Stamped on her passport
which has been submitted

g.. Certificate of Naturalisation or Registration - Same as above.

Is there a way around this? Can anyone help or point me to the right
direction?

Thanks in advance.
