Uk tourist visa
My girlfriend is looking to come to the uk to meet my family and to do some sigbt seeing. She has got all the documents she needs. I have supplied her with supporting documents from me.
But the only problem is her documents are originals and mine are copies. Will thiss affect the visa application.

Having pointed that out, what "supporting documents" have *you* been requested to supply? For a visitor visa, it's usually only the applicant who needs to supply documents?
All documents must be originals and not photocopies.
