Escalation: 31st Aug 2017. Called them yesterday (W/D 33) and asked how my escalation was going. Lady on the other end told me that although my escalation was received on 31st Aug (W/D 24), it wasn't actioned as it was under 30 working days. She only managed to action my escalation yesterday (13th Sept) as it had reached 30 working days.
