Biometrics and docs scanned/submitted: 10/05/2017
Email confirmation docs received in Sheffield: 11/05/2017 (although during one call to the contact centre they told me the docs were received on 15/05/2017
Numerous emails and calls requesting an update including a complaint and email to our local MP.
Email confirmation decision made: 01/08/2017
Total: 60 working days
Just waiting for the passport to be returned by courier and hopefully the good news we have been waiting so long for...
