UK spouse visa sponsor subcontractor under CIS
Hi All,
I need your help on the financial requirement for my visa application. My sponsor (husband) is working as a subcontractor under the construction industry scheme.
He receive a weekly payment slips from the contractor showing the amount earned and then also deduct the 20% CIS Tax.
He is working for 6 months for the same contractor.
According to Appendix FM 1.7 paragraph 5.5.17. We can choose to count the CIS income as income form salaried employment.
Do we choose Income from salaried employment in the UK Category A?
Please advise.
A lot of questions to follow on how to complete the VAF4a Part 3.
Thanks in advance
