UK Spouse Visa Renewal
Hey forum peops
It's been a while since I've been on here, feels like returning to an old haunt!
My question is about my Aussie wife. Scenario is this:

My question is about my Aussie wife. Scenario is this:
- She's been living in the UK on a spouse visa (through my British citizenship) for 2.5 years
- Her visa expires 7th February
- We go on holiday (tomorrow hence the urgent tag) to Australia this week and she doesn't return until 15th January
- This means on her return, her visa is still valid but she must apply for a renewal immediately

Fine to travel but as you say she'll need to get on with preparing and lodging her application for FLR as soon as you get back.
