UK Spouse Visa Property Inspection Report
 

Hi all,

Just a quick question about the date on UK spouse visa property inspection report please. My wife is applying for spouse visa and I live in a company provided 3 bed room house which I share with 2 of my work colleagues. But I have exclusive use of 1 bed room with shared access to toilet and kitchen etc. Now, I am planning to attach a property inspection report to prove the adequacy of accommodation requirements. Is it okay to have the inspection report date after the visa application date or does it have to be dated before the online application submission date? Does it really matter please?
